Montana Federal Reports is a a citable reporter of civil rulings from the all the Federal District Courts Montana.  Features include:
 

*full text of all federal civil opinions and bench trial judgments which are reported in digest form in Montana Law Week.

* subject index, table of cases.
 
 *cumulative volume and page numbers for convenient reference and citation.

MontanaFederalReports.net is a new service currently provided by the publishers and editors of Montana Federal Reports and Montana Law Week. Previously only available in printed format, the online version will  now replace the printed, bound version and has been formatted to provide two distinct services and pricing plans:

The current Volume only (at this point in time, Volume 35), consisting of Opinions fully formatted identically to the printed version, and the case index, subject index and list of opinions by citation are available for the regular price of $325. This service is available now.

The Deluxe version includes a "What's New" page which is updated continually with digests from Montana Law Week, with hyperlinks to the full opinion.

A search engine which quickly searches all federal opinions in our database to quickly and easily assist with your research needs.

A Library with binders by volume number for easy access to an opinion you know to be in a particular binder. Clicking on the binder will also bring up a page showing the case index by name, numerical opinion list, and subject index for each binder.

This Deluxe version is currently under construction and has opinions going back to 2001. It is estimated this project will be completed soon. A price for this service has not yet been determined.  Additional amenities will undoubtedly be added as we expand our new service.
